Bank Physiotherapy Administrator

Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | Bank (Zero-Hours Contract)

Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Physiotherapy Administrator to join our busy Physiotherapy team on a bank basis.

Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and is rated “Good” by the CQC. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology, and ENT, supported by state-of-the-art imaging facilities.

This is a front-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to deliver an outstanding experience while providing vital administrative support to the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries.
  • Coordinate patient bookings and administration for inpatient and day-case services using SAP.
  • Liaise with patients, consultants, insurers, and pre-authorisation teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and medical coding standards.
  • Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as SAP or similar.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing demands.
  • A professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
