Spire Bristol Hospital | Bank Physiotherapist | Free Onsite Parking | Flexible working | Competitive rates | Weekly pay

Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for flexibility without compromising on clinical excellence? At Spire Bristol Hospital, we’re inviting a skilled and motivated Bank Physiotherapist to join our high-performing team, offering you the opportunity to work within a leading private healthcare environment on a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience across a varied and rewarding caseload, while playing a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll be empowered to use your clinical expertise, develop your skills, and make a meaningful difference every day.

If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding care, thrive in a supportive clinical environment, and value the flexibility that bank working brings, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice within an inpatient setting
  • Manage your own clinical caseload, predominantly orthopaedic patients, while working as an integral part of the wider physiotherapy team
  • Communicate effectively with referrers and the multidisciplinary team on patient progress
  • Use strong clinical reasoning to develop safe, effective and patient-centred treatment plans, considering individual needs, risks and wellbeing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
