Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking for flexible bank opportunities? What you'll be doing
As a Bank Registered Nurse you will work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to provide high standards of patient care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out patient assessments
- Undertaking baseline observations
- Supporting discharge planning
- Identifying and escalating clinical concerns
- Providing health promotion advice
- Contributing to the smooth running of outpatient clinics
- Supporting the supervision of colleagues and students where appropriate

What we'll look for in you
To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with excellent assessment and communication skills. You will be confident working within a multidisciplinary team, be computer literate and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You'll be committed to delivering outstanding patient care, maintaining professional development and embracing a flexible and positive approach to work. Experience within an outpatient setting and evidence of continued professional development would be advantageous.
