Opened in September 2025, the clinic continues to grow, and we are looking for a reliable, compassionate individual to provide cover during busy periods, annual leave, sickness absence, and ongoing service development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team and play a key role in delivering outstanding care within a modern outpatient setting.

The clinic is home to a team of experienced consultants offering specialist services across a range of areas, including:

  • Cardiology

  • Urology

As part of our clinical team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the clinic while helping to deliver an exceptional experience for patients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within the outpatient clinic environment. Working closely with consultants and the wider team, you will ensure patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care throughout their visit.

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across a varied outpatient caseload.
  • Support consultants during outpatient clinics, diagnostic investigations and minor procedures.
  • Undertake clinical assessments and record patient observations where required.
  • Perform a range of nursing duties including wound care, venepuncture, cannulation and ECGs, where competent.
  • Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring privacy, dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Provide patients with appropriate information and support regarding treatment pathways and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records in line with NMC and organisational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control policies, health and safety regulations, and clinical governance requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
