What You’ll Do
As a Sanctuary Care Nurse, you’ll:
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice
- Exhibit excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Show commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Manage holistic care and emergency situations with confidence
- Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Support the learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
- Value and respect older people, embracing their individual needs
