NHS Fife Nurse Bank provides supplementary staff to all specialities across the region, supplying to 9 hospitals and many community services.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable, experienced, and dependable nurses to join our Nurse Bank Service. This role will enable the provision of supplementary staffing to cover periods of staffing shortfalls to support Acute and Primary Care Services across NHS Fife.
- Work Allocation: Assigned on an as-needed basis with various shift patterns to suit flexible work.
- Skills Required: Motivated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking individuals with relevant experience.
- Team Work: Required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate well-developed clinical and communication skills.

- RN Advert: An advert for RNs will be going out on 24/8/26. You should apply to this if you are not an RNMH or RNLD.
- NMC Number: Ensure you include your NMC Number in your application under the section "Membership of Professional or Regulatory Bodies." If this is not included, we cannot progress your application further.
- PVG Scheme: A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
