Core Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Sanctuary Care, you will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC Code
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge, using evidence-based research
- Show exceptional communication and record-keeping skills
- Commit to continuous professional development (CPD)
- Manage holistic care and emergency situations
- Lead and mentor a team of care professionals with compassion
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- Mentor clinical colleagues and student nurses
- Ensure care is individualised, always valuing and respecting older adults
