Location Available:
Cleeve Court Twerton, Bath (Care Residential Centre)
Cleeve Court is a purpose-built 45-bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton, Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport. This is a Casual Role.

Our residents may have dementia, cognitive issues, physical disabilities, or frailty requiring support in their daily lives.
About The Role
As a Senior Support Worker:
- You will be working in a supervisory position supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining exceptional high levels of care and support to the residents.
- Your duties will include dealing with the day-to-day management of Cleeve Court, supervision of staff, rota cover, undertaking audits and staff development.
- You will be required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, following policy and procedure in a proactive manner.

About You
We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds, for example, nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, healthcare, etc. Where fundamentally, you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity. Above all, we seek someone with empathy and passion who can make a positive difference in someone’s day.
What is Bank Work?
Bank work is flexible work to support when the need arises within the service. We use bank staff to support our permanent staff members when gaps are identified, (sickness/holidays/heightened demand). This is not a permanent contract of employment.
