Join Allen Speech & Language (ASL) this September!
We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bank Speech & Language Therapists (Band 5–7) to join our growing Derbyshire team, supporting children and young people across schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for therapists looking for flexible work whilst making a meaningful difference to children with communication needs.
The role will include:
- Carrying out Speech & Language Therapy assessments and reviews within EHCP provisions
- Delivering direct therapy and targeted interventions
- Supporting school staff with practical strategies and advice
- Providing training to education professionals
- Working in partnership with parents and carers to support communication at home
- Contributing to high-quality EHCP provision and collaborative multidisciplinary working

We're looking for therapists who:
- Are HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapists
- Hold RCSLT membership
- Have experience working with children and young people in educational settings
- Can work independently whilst being part of a supportive clinical team
- Are committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred therapy
