About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Level 3 Bank Staff member to join our Early Years team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. As a Bank Staff member, you will work flexibly to cover staff absences and support our children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records in line with EYFS guidelines
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support effective communication and collaboration
- Promote health and safety standards within the setting and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support children's social and emotional development, helping to build their confidence and independence
- Work collaboratively with staff to develop and share best practices within the setting
