💡 THE ROLE:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bank Staff Practitioners to support our nursery team on a flexible, as-needed basis.

This role is perfect if you:

✔️ Want flexibility around your schedule
✔️ Love working with children
✔️ Want to gain experience or return to childcare

No two days are the same — and you can choose when you work.

🎯 You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play
  • Helping create a safe, nurturing environment
  • Working as part of a team to keep the day running smoothly
  • Supporting EYFS activities and routines
  • Building positive relationships with children and staff
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and care

Ideally you:

✔️ Have experience in a nursery or childcare setting
✔️ Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
