Here, you'll join a diverse and experienced team supporting adults aged from their mid-40s to mid-80s who live in their own flats within a supported living community in the heart of Westminster.
This is a service where relationships matter. The people we support are fun, social, energetic and full of personality. Everyone has their own goals, interests and support needs, but they share a desire to live fulfilling lives, remain active in their communities and enjoy the things that matter most to them.
You'll be supporting people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, complex health conditions and mental health needs. Some people require support with mobility, personal care, communication, emotional wellbeing, epilepsy management, medication and daily living skills, while others benefit from reassurance, structure and support to maintain their independence.

They value support workers who are confident, positive and proactive — people who enjoy finding new opportunities, encouraging independence and helping make each day meaningful.
You'll be joining a supportive team with colleagues ranging from their early twenties through to their sixties, creating a fantastic mix of experience, knowledge and fresh ideas. While the role can be challenging at times, especially when supporting people experiencing emotional distress or behaviours of concern, you'll never be alone. Teamwork is a huge part of the culture here, and colleagues genuinely support one another.
The service consists of three flats within the same building, creating a close-knit environment while still allowing people to enjoy their own homes and independence. Shared spaces are used for everything from cooking and housework to physiotherapy exercises, socialising and relaxing together.
This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, help people achieve their goals, support them through challenges, and celebrate the everyday moments that make a difference.

You don't necessarily need experience in care, but you do need the right values and attitude. We'll provide the training and support; you bring the personality and commitment.
