Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with complex mental health needs? Active Pathways is recruiting flexible Bank Support Workers to join our residential mental health service, Heathy House in Halifax.
About Heathy House
Heathy House is a modern, step-down residential service designed to support men transitioning from specialist wards, acute hospitals toward supported or community living. The service offers a structured, safe, and supportive environment that fosters recovery, resilience, and independence through personalised care and clear recovery planning.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
- Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
- Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
- Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.

Experience Required:
- Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
- Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team
- Understanding the importance of offering person-centered quality care
