About The Team

We support people who have learning disabilities and/or autism and other needs.
Our services are growing and in order to support that we need to increase our team of bank workers. Bank workers cover when our contracted staff have planned training, annual leave and meetings. They also cover short-term sickness and ensure people we support have consistent and well-trained staff people helping them with whatever they need.
About The Role
Our bank support workers can work across any of our services that they choose to, subject to having the right training and a full induction for that service.
The Services Are
- Day services duties include supporting people to participate in groups, support with eating and drinking, personal care, acting as a travel companion on our transport.
- Community Options involves supporting people to participate at volunteering placements or to be involved in community groups.
- Enablement focused support for people to learn a skill, build confidence or become more independent.
- Supported living services supporting a person within their home and local area to live as independently as possible. This role includes administering medication and personal care.

About You
