JOB ROLE: Bank Support Worker
HOURS: 0 / Bank Contract
LOCATION: Liskeard, Cornwall (PL14)
SALARY: £13.45 - £14.15* per week
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Driving License with access to a vehicle - essential.

About Our Service
Single service is recruiting for a young man who lives in his own property. He is very sociable and attends various community based activities such as theatre group, swimming, gym. He enjoys cooking and is encouraged to maintain a healthy diet. He is very proud of owning his own home and takes pride in maintaining it to a high standard. The property is located close to all local amenities and is close to main transport links. 24/7 support with sleep ins required. Flexible shift patterns.
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Liskeard, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries
What You’ll Do As a Support Worker
- Provide daily support to individuals based on their routines and needs
- Promote independence and confidence in day-to-day activities
- Support with personal growth through hobbies and community engagement
- Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and administering medication
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
- Help with domestic responsibilities including cooking and cleaning
- Provide personal care, where required
- Offer ongoing emotional and physical support
