Bank Support Worker
We are seeking caring, open-minded Bank Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs live fulfilling lives in Manchester.
Position: Bank Support Worker
Salary: £12.71 to £12.84 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus £67 per sleepover
Location: Manchester
Hours: Bank shifts
Closing date: 23rd October 2026

- Providing person-centred support that respects each individual’s choices, views and goals.
- Encouraging independence, wellbeing and dignity.

- Working with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support.
- Helping people manage challenges while maintaining a calm, positive approach.
About you
You will be open-minded, energetic and respectful, with a strong commitment to helping people live the lives they choose.
You will be able to stay calm under pressure, work well with others and bring patience and a sense of humour to your role. Experience of supporting people with complex needs and managing risk would be desirable.
