Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | Bank (Zero-Hours Contract)
Spire Clare Park Hospital is looking for a professional and organised Ward Administrator to join our team on a flexible bank basis.
Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and is rated “Good” by the CQC. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging facilities.
As a key member of the ward team, you'll provide essential administrative support, ensuring a smooth experience for patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.

- Welcome patients and visitors, delivering excellent customer service.
- Manage telephone enquiries and ward administration.
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding admissions and length of stay.
- Coordinate patient discharge arrangements and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
- Support ward staff with ordering and administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Professional, discreet, and patient-focused approach.
