Banking and Finance Senior Associate - Manchester
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading global law firm to appoint a Banking and Finance Senior Associate into its Manchester practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded finance team advising on complex, cross border financing mandates.
The role offers exceptional work quality, with exposure to asset based lending, leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, and general banking matters.
The Opportunity
This Banking and Finance Senior Associate position provides a broad practice spanning asset based lending, leveraged finance, corporate finance, asset finance, and real estate finance. The successful candidate will support leading investment and commercial banks, credit funds, financial sponsors, public and private companies across high value domestic and international transactions.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be solicitors qualified in England and Wales, or in a Commonwealth jurisdiction with at least two years of experience in the English market, with approximately four to seven years' PQE and strong finance experience, including asset based lending. This opportunity will suit lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, sound transaction management, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
