We're now looking for a Banking & Treasury Analyst to join our Global Finance Team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day banking operations that keep our global business running smoothly.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with high-volume financial transactions, reconciliations and problem solving, while also helping us modernise and improve the way we work through automation, AI and smarter processes.
Reporting to our Financial Controller, you'll support banking activity across multiple entities, currencies and regions while helping identify opportunities to make our processes faster, simpler and more efficient.
If you're someone who enjoys accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
Flexible Working
We believe people do their best work when they can balance their professional and personal commitments. That's why we're open to discussing flexible working arrangements and will consider requests that help you thrive both at work and at home.
Whilst this role can be performed remotely, we'd welcome applications from candidates able to attend our Dundee office on an occasional basis.
Job Description
The Opportunity
As Banking & Treasury Analyst, you'll take ownership of banking transaction processing and reconciliations across Insights' global banking network.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and support operations covering the UK, US, APAC and other international entities.
This role sits within Treasury but is primarily focused on the banking operations that enable the wider business to function effectively.
Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to help improve and modernise how we operate, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement that reduce manual effort and create capacity for higher-value finance activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
