The Role
You will join a close-knit specialist Banking & Finance team within a large and well-resourced full-service firm, a combination that creates something genuinely difficult to find elsewhere. Direct access to partners, real transaction involvement from day one, and a straightforward path to progression uncomplicated by internal competition for work or profile.
Your caseload will span the full range of banking and finance work including acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending, restructuring, and refinancing transactions. Day to day, you will draft and negotiate facility agreements across bilateral and syndicated structures, lead and support transactions end to end, and project manage deals through to completion.

Business development is an active part of what the team does, and you will be encouraged to build relationships with key banking contacts across Manchester and support the team's wider marketing activity across the North West and nationally.
