Banking & Finance Solicitor

Location: London

Salary: Market leading, dependent on experience

Working Pattern: Hybrid

We are currently working on multiple roles with a leading international law firm seeking Banking & Finance lawyers across a range of seniority levels, from junior associates through to Partner. These opportunities offer the chance to work on high-quality, complex finance matters within highly regarded practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising banks, financial institutions, sponsors, corporates, and other stakeholders on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
  • Managing and supporting complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating a range of finance documentation.
  • Working closely with clients, counterparties, and other advisers throughout transactions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ PQE through to Partner level, with strong Banking & Finance experience.
  • Experience gained at an elite US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or similarly highly regarded international firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge across relevant areas of banking and finance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A commercially minded approach with the ability to work effectively with sophisticated clients.
