Banking & Finance Practice Opportunity
The team advises banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, investors, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join the Banking & Finance practice of a global law firm in its London office.
The successful candidate will work across a varied mix of leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, and other structured financing matters, with exposure to both lender and borrower-side mandates.
At this level, the role will involve taking significant responsibility for transactions, drafting and negotiating principal finance documents, coordinating deal processes, and working directly with clients. There will also be opportunities to supervise more junior lawyers and play an active role in the continued development of key client relationships.

Experience Required
- Qualified in England and Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
- Have 4-6 years’ PQE gained in a banking & finance practice.
- Strong experience in Corporate Tax, ideally with a transactional element.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
