The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team renowned for handling sophisticated financial services disputes. You will advise a diverse client base, including financial institutions, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals, on a broad range of complex and high-value banking, finance, and regulatory disputes, many of which have an international and multi-jurisdictional element.

  • Working closely with leading litigation specialists, you will assist on all stages of contentious matters
  • Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives
  • Support urgent applications and cross-border disputes
  • Contribute to business development initiatives

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and strong experience in banking and finance disputes. You will possess excellent technical ability, strong analytical and drafting skills, and a sound understanding of complex financial and regulatory issues. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and confident managing client relationships while balancing competing priorities. You will also demonstrate a genuine interest in business development, mentoring junior colleagues and developing your career within a leading disputes practice.
