Banking & Finance Lawyer
A well-regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to join its London team.
About the Role
The practice advises lenders and borrowers, including banks, funds, alternative finance providers, and corporates, on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. The role offers a varied workload spanning corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and other specialist financing arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Working within a close-knit team, you will take significant responsibility for transactions.
- Develop direct client relationships.
- Supervise junior lawyers.
- Contribute to business development.
Requirements
- At least six years’ PQE.
- Strong transactional banking experience gained at a respected practice.
- The confidence to manage matters and clients with appropriate independence.

The firm is keen to hear from lawyers with partnership ambitions, as well as more experienced candidates seeking a long-term senior position without pursuing partnership. Appointment at Legal Director level may be considered, subject to experience and internal approval.
