Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
Certifications Preferred:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Plan and execute end-to-end banking projects, including digital banking apps, core modernization, or payment gateway integrations. [1, 2]
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to banking rules like AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), GDPR, or Basel III. [1, 2]
- Budget & Resource Management: Create project budgets, forecast costs, monitor milestones, and assign tasks to cross-functional teams. [1, 2, 3]
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify project blocks, manage risk escalation, and align stakeholders across business and technology sectors. [1, 2]
- Methodology: Drive delivery using hybrid Agile/Scrum or Waterfall frameworks, facilitating sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT). [1, 2]
