About The Role

Banking Solicitor (London, full-time, £80,000–£100,000 per annum dependent on experience). Our client, a growing Banking & Finance team, seeks a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to advise lenders, corporates, and sponsors on sophisticated financing transactions. You will lead matters from instruction to completion, covering leveraged, real estate, project, and asset-based lending. Key Responsibilities

  • Act for lenders, corporates and sponsors on matters including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate lending and asset-based lending.
  • Lead transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing commercially focused legal advice and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service throughout.

Requirements

  • Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and strong experience in Banking and Finance.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent technical and drafting skills, together with experience advising on corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance transactions.
