Key Responsibilities
- Act for lenders, corporates and sponsors on matters including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate lending and asset-based lending.
- Lead transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing commercially focused legal advice and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service throughout.
Requirements
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and strong experience in Banking and Finance.
- The successful candidate will have excellent technical and drafting skills, together with experience advising on corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance transactions.
