About The Role
This permanent position as a Banking Solicitor (Asset Based Lending) sits within a highly rated team in Leeds. The successful lawyer, with four or more years PQE, will advise lenders, banks and corporates on finance and security matters. The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly rated banking team and focus on asset-based lending matters. As the appointed Banking Solicitor, you will be working closely with the Partners on a diverse mix of work advising lenders, banks, corporates on finance and security matters. As the appointed Banking Solicitor, you will be dealing with real estate finance, capital markets, leveraged finance and corporate lending. Supporting the team on a varied caseload of matters you will be acting on behalf of lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers which will offer you plenty of exposure to top-tier and high-value work.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with asset-based lending experience and at least 4 years PQE. You will have gained relevant experience within a leading national, regional and/or city practice. With exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, the appointed Solicitor will be able to work well within a team and independently.
