Banking Solicitor, 5+ Years' PQE, London, GBP 80,000 - GBP 100,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Banking Solicitor to join a growing Banking and Finance team, advising lenders, corporates, and sponsors on sophisticated financing transactions. Responsibilities
- Act for lenders, corporates, and sponsors on matters including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate lending, and asset-based lending.
- Lead transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing commercially focused legal advice and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service throughout.

Requirements
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE and strong experience in Banking and Finance.
- The successful candidate will have excellent technical and drafting skills, together with experience advising on corporate lending, leveraged finance, and/or real estate finance transactions.
