Pay: Up to £27,476.80 per year

About the Role / Main Duties

  • To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote his/her time to running an event
  • To assist with Rotaring and staffing issues
  • To oversee the food and canape service
  • To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event
  • To ensure smooth running of food and canape service
  • To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans
  • In the absence of the food and beverage manager, complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager
