Bar & Floor Positions Available at The Regent: Modern, Independent Neighbourhood Pub in Balham - SW12 8JB

Our Bar and Floor Staff Roles:
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are essential—we can train the rest.
- Enjoy engaging with people and striking up conversations.
- Previous experience in waiting, bartending, barista work, or cocktails is a plus.
- Teamwork, dedication to guest satisfaction, and reliability are key.

What's In It For You:
- Permanent full/part-time roles available, paying minimum of £10.85 per hour up to £12.71 per hour dependant on age bracket.
- Tronc paid on top.
- Additional tronc/service payments averaging £1.50 per hour.
- Total earnings of up to £14.21 per hour.

About The Regent Balham:
The Regent Balham is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established, London based owner, creator, and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs. We currently have 7 sites.
Due to a sustainable partnership with the local school next door it also enjoys a large outdoor garden. The Regent just keeps growing and is an established Balham community favourite. The Regent is less than 2 minutes walk from Balham tube/overground station, so offers a great commute too.
