Bar & Restaurant Manager

At Green and Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

About You

An experienced manager across both bar operations and events.

  • A collaborative and guest-focused leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to combine bar expertise with event delivery and floor leadership.

Role specifics

Operations

  • Lead the operational delivery of events, overseeing setups, service flow, live delivery and post-event resets.
  • Act as the on-site operational lead during events, managing timings, guest flow and issue resolution.
  • Ensure bar and beverage operations support events effectively, with strong preparation, product availability and service standards.
  • Be hands-on during busy services and high-profile events, supporting teams across all event and bar spaces.

People

  • Lead and motivate the bar and casual events teams, ensuring clear roles, strong engagement and professional delivery.
  • Deliver event-focused briefings, ensuring teams understand running orders, service timings and client expectations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of bar and event staff in line with operational needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
