The role
As Bar Back, you will play a key role in supporting both the bar and floor teams, helping to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a varied position that combines bar support responsibilities with front of house service assistance. You will help prepare the bar for service, maintain stock and organisation, support food and beverage delivery, and contribute to creating a seamless guest experience.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in luxury Food and Beverage, whether your long term goal is service, bartending, or restaurant leadership.
What you will do
- Support bartenders by preparing service stations and maintaining bar stock levels
- Replenish glassware, garnishes, beverages, and bar supplies throughout service
- Assist with receiving, organising, and storing deliveries
- Support the service team by delivering food and beverages to guests
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas throughout the shift
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and professionally
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation across the outlet
- Work closely with both the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
- Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, cafés, or hotels is preferred
- Passion for food, beverage, and guest service
- Interest in developing knowledge of cocktails, wines, and luxury hospitality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Professional presentation and guest-focused approach
- Right to Work in the UK

What to expect
- Full-time position working 40 hours per week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
