As a Barback
You'll be an integral part of our Food and Beverage team, supporting our bartenders in delivering seamless service to our discerning clientele. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in the hospitality industry, offering ample opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Support the Barista function when required, preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages to the required standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar and coffee preparation and service areas, ensuring all equipment, glassware, crockery and supplies are clean, organised and readily available.
- Replenish bar and coffee station supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with warmth and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection and presented with care.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, embodying the spirit of teamwork in everything you do.

What you Need
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential – we're more interested in your potential and your passion for hospitality.
