Role Description
The Bar Manager at THE CUBE London is responsible for overseeing all bar operations in an on-site, full-time capacity. This role includes:

- Managing bar staff
- Supervising day-to-day service
- Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and hospitality
- Coordinating stock ordering and inventory control
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- Optimizing bar layouts for efficient service during peak times
- Handling cash management and reporting
- Collaborating with the wider operations team to support events and group bookings
- Contributing to menu development and promotional activities
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with THE CUBE brand

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating engaging and memorable guest experiences in a busy entertainment or hospitality setting.
- Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, including bar service, stock management, and understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with team members, management, and guests in a clear and professional manner.
- Experience in Training bar and floor staff, including onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain service standards.
- Sales skills, including upselling, promoting special offers, and supporting revenue targets through guest engagement.
- Previous experience in bar management or supervisory roles within hospitality or leisure environments.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, and comfort working evenings, weekends, and peak trading hours.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements relevant to bar operations in the UK.
