Big Easy opened its first restaurant on King's Road and quickly became known for its Southern-inspired BBQ, fresh lobster, and vibrant live music atmosphere. Over the years, we have built a loyal following and expanded across London while staying true to what makes us different: generous hospitality, bold flavours and a buzzing bar culture.

We are now looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service, strong team culture and commercial success.

Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' management experience within a busy bar environment
- Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge
- A confident leader who can inspire and develop a team
- Passionate about guest experience and service excellence
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Comfortable managing rotas, stock, ordering and labour costs
- Calm under pressure and able to lead busy services
- Hands-on, proactive and leads by example
We are looking for someone who wants more than just a management role. Someone who takes ownership, supports their team and helps drive the business forward.
What you will do:
- Lead and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service
- Create a positive and high-performing culture
- Ensure drinks are prepared consistently and to brand standards
- Manage stock and ordering and minimise wastage
- Control labour costs and support business targets
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Maintain excellent health, safety and licensing standards
- Work closely with the senior management team to drive performance
- Create energy and atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
