Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will have primary responsibility for the operation, standards and performance of our main bar. Alongside Bar Cicoria, you will oversee the bar teams operating from the Cicoria restaurant dispense bar and the Performance Bar, which operates around performances at the Royal Ballet & Opera.

About You

Ideally, you will have experience within a high volume and high end cocktail bar, luxury hotel or high-profile hospitality environment.

Experience managing a high-volume bar operation is particularly desirable, as is experience working within a premium hospitality environment. You will be a highly visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable managing a busy, high-volume operation while maintaining the quality, consistency and attention to detail expected from a premium hospitality environment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive standards, develop the team, maximise sales and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
