Bar Manager Sanremo, The Italian Restaurant, —and our brigada is growing. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help us bring great Italian hospitality to the city. If you know classic cocktails, love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy developing a brilliant team, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
- £35,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position

Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar, including preparation, service, handovers, opening, and closing
- Deliver consistently excellent drinks and warm, attentive service
- Set high standards for the team and train, coach, and support bartenders and barbacks
- Keep the bar organized, efficient, and ready for every service
- Motivate the team and bring Sanremo’s values and positive energy to every shift
About You
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a comparable leadership role is essential
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar operations
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent leadership skills
- A genuine team player with great energy and a warm, confident manner
- A passion for Italian food, drink, and culture
- Advanced English is required; Italian would be an advantage
