Job Title
Up to £18.60 per hour, dependent on experience.

About the Role
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to invite a fun, talented, prolific Bar Manager who knows how to support & inspire a team, welcome & awe guests from the first impression, and who's passionate about beverages and wants to share that passion with their team & guests. Responsibilities
As a Caravan Bar Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience with your team and serving up our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.
- Working with your General Manager and Head Chef to nurture and develop your team.
- Your own learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills and take ownership of your role and your restaurant.
- We work with Fourth, FnB, and Harri, so it would be great if you have experience with these systems, although we can always show you the ropes if you haven’t.
- Follow all legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety, as well as fire procedures.
- Welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations, and serving our well-travelled drinks that delight our guests.
- Training and development of key team members.
- Guide, coach, and support teams during service, to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional.
