As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help establish Bass & Barrel as a standout destination for great drinks, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences.

The Works
As Bar Manager, you will play a key role in launching Bass & Barrel and shaping its bar experience from day one.
Combining excellent drinks knowledge with confident leadership and genuine hospitality, you will set high standards, build a strong team, and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, leading, and motivating the bar team
- Supporting the successful opening of the venue
- Delivering consistently high standards of drinks, speed, and service
- Managing stock, ordering, controls, and back-bar organization
- Training and developing new and existing team members
- Working closely with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Ensuring all licensing, health, and safety standards are followed
- Creating a positive, professional, and welcoming team culture

Who You Are
- An experienced bar leader from a quality hospitality venue
- Passionate about drinks, people, and outstanding hospitality
- Confident in building and developing a team
- Calm and organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of stock and cost control
- Excited by the opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new venue
