Role Purpose
Join a vibrant and growing hospitality business at an exciting student venue in London Bridge, home to a popular rooftop bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to take ownership of a lively operation and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy rooftop student bar
- Leading, training and motivating the bar team to deliver excellent service standards
- Overseeing stock control, cash handling, licensing compliance and venue presentation
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy trading periods
- Taking a hands-on approach by working behind the bar when required
- Creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for students and guests
What We're Looking For
- Previous Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or supervisory experience within a busy hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and support a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on management style
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Good to know
This role pays £36,000 and involves 5 evening shifts per week, including weekends, with typical finish times between 9:30pm and 11:30pm. The successful candidate will manage a busy rooftop student bar while remaining operationally involved during peak service periods.
