About The Role
We’re looking for a Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll be responsible for driving service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Bar.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Bartenders and Barbacks
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues confidently
- Drive sales performance, including food & beverage
- Monitor guest feedback and improve service standards
- Ensure all operational, brand, and safety standards are met
- Manage rotas in line with business needs and labour budgets
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
