Join The Management Team At Sixways Stadium
We're looking for experienced and motivated Bar Managers to join our team at Sixways Stadium, supporting an exciting calendar of Worcester Warriors rugby fixtures, football matches, concerts, conferences, corporate hospitality, private functions, and other live events throughout the 2026/2027 season.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident hospitality leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
With flexible, event-based work and opportunities to support major venues and events across the UK, this role offers plenty of variety throughout the year.
The Role
As an Events Bar Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of your allocated bar, ensuring excellent service, efficient operations, and high standards are maintained throughout every event.
You'll lead and support your team while working closely with the wider operations team to deliver a safe, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Lead the day-to-day operation of your allocated bar.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality service throughout each event.
- Oversee bar setup, service, and close-down procedures.
- Maintain excellent presentation and operational standards.

Team Leadership
- Brief, motivate, and support bar staff throughout each shift.
- Allocate tasks and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Coach team members and maintain a positive, inclusive working environment.
- Lead by example and promote excellent customer service.
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure every guest receives a friendly, efficient, and memorable experience.
Stock & Compliance
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
- Support stock ordering, replenishment, and accurate stock control.
- Ensure compliance with licensing legislation, Challenge 25, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
About You
We're looking for people who:
- Have previous experience managing bars or hospitality operations.
- Are confident leading and motivating teams.
- Thrive in busy, high-volume environments.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Can make confident decisions under pressure.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Are available to work evenings, weekends, and event days throughout the season.
