Bar Supervisor Opportunity at Rossella Muswell Hill
Rossella is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at our Muswell Hill restaurant.
Building on the success of our Kentish Town restaurant, voted one of the Top 10 Italian restaurants in London by OpenTable and ranked in the Top 200 on Tripadvisor, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and confident taking responsibility for the smooth running of a busy restaurant bar.
At Rossella, the bar is an important part of the guest experience. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the bar organised and running efficiently during busy services, and make sure drinks are prepared quickly, consistently and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with the restaurant management team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bar, while still being hands-on throughout service.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working behind a busy restaurant or hospitality bar
- Confident supervising and supporting other bar team members
- Friendly, professional and calm under pressure
- Organised, reliable and hands-on
- Confident making cocktails, preparing wines, spirits, beers and coffees
- Able to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Comfortable managing stock, deliveries and bar preparation
- Able to help train the team and maintain consistent drinks standards
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Looking for a long-term role with opportunities to grow
Previous bar experience is essential, and previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
