Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join our operations team; working in 2 popular late-night bars in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a passion for training & development of the team, a drive for sales and will aspire to be at the top of their field.
Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
- Ensure smooth functioning of bars
- Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and motivation
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bartending techniques
- Prior experience in management is essential
