What will you do:

  • Create new cocktails and train our team in best practices for exceptional beverage experiences.
  • Guide your team towards excellence and ensure weekly meetings to hone their skills.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Become an expert on LPM products, from food to beverages, and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Your role as Master of Bar Promotion will enable you to create and implement innovative strategies to attract customers and boost our business. Working closely with our marketing team and the Group Bar Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action to deliver exceptional bar experiences!

What you need:

  • At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.
  • Attention to Detail, Speed, and Precision.
  • Organization and Time Management.
  • Stay calm and manage stress like a true expert. Find creative and innovative solutions to every challenge. Handle complaints with a smile and create exceptional relationships with our guests.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
