Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for talented Bar Servers to join our world-class onboard team at Silversea! 🚢🌟
As a Bar Server, you'll play a key role in crafting unforgettable moments by delivering refined beverage service across our bars, lounges, and pool venues. From recommending signature cocktails 🍹 and premium wines 🍷 to ensuring every drink is served to the highest standards, you'll help create the luxury experience our guests expect.

What we're looking for:
- 🍸 Experience in a luxury hotel, cruise ship, or upscale bar/lounge environment
- 🍸 Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage presentation, and premium service standards
- 🍸 Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
- 🍸 Experience with POS systems and beverage operations
- 🍸 A proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
What you'll do:
- ✨ Deliver personalized and attentive beverage service
- ✨ Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
- ✨ Support onboard events, receptions, tastings, and celebrations
- ✨ Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and public health standards
- ✨ Work alongside talented beverage professionals in a luxury environment
