About the role
We’re seeking an energetic and personable Bar Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be at the heart of our bar operation, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality drinks and excellent service to our guests.
This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, along with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and lively environment.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive bar experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and assist with restocking as needed
- Follow all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and safety procedures
- Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
- A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work behind the bar.
