Bar Staff / Bartender
Introduction to the site and role
Tucked away in the heart of Canonbury, Bistro Sable is Noble Inns’ latest creation, a neighbourhood bistro inspired by the spirit of classic Parisian dining. We serve timeless dishes with the Noble Inns ethos of sourcing ingredients with the utmost provenance, from day-boat fish to game from the Royal Estates, all cooked over coal.
We are now looking for an experienced Bar Staff/ Bartender to join our passionate front-of-house team. This is a busy, service-led pub and restaurant where genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. At Noble Inns, we believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated, and we take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to promote from within through dedicated training and support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
