We're looking for Bar Staff who enjoy working with people, thrive in busy environments and take pride in delivering great service.

You'll be part of a team helping thousands of guests enjoy some of London's biggest live events, ensuring every visit is welcoming, efficient and memorable.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Great Service

  • Welcome guests and take orders efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Provide a friendly and professional experience for every guest
  • Support guests with any questions during their visit

Keep Service Running Smoothly

  • Process transactions accurately using our till systems
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Help keep bars stocked and organised
  • Support other guest-facing areas when required

Maintain High Standards

  • Keep work areas clean, safe and well presented
  • Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures
  • Check identification where required and serve alcohol responsibly

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in busy environments
  • Reliable and organised
  • Positive approach and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Working hours: This is a shift-based role working evenings and weekends, normally from 5pm to 11pm, though some shifts can finish later and there are occasionally shifts during the day. You give your availability for the shifts you can work one month in advance. Once the monthly rota is confirmed you are expected to work those shifts. We ask that you are able to work regularly due to the nature of the role.

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Olympia, West London. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

Key Dates

  • Assessment centres: 07/08/27 & 12/08/27 - we will run both morning and afternoon sessions, you only need to attend once, but attendance in person is mandatory. We cannot hold virtual interviews or 1-2-1 interviews as we need to see you in a team setting. You can find out more about our assessments here.
  • Induction and Training: 27th & 28th August - both dates are mandatory.
