In this role, you'll meet lots of people, serve drinks and snacks, and ensure a safe and friendly environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the bar
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with a smile
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during beverage preparation and service
- Help out with club events and functions
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-serving
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and ordering supplies as needed
- Be knowledgeable of and carry out duties as required with the Licensing Act 2003

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage service
- Strong serving skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods smoothly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Availability on Sundays and/or Mondays is desirable)
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
